Before anything, I just want to say that my intentions are not to point fingers at anybody, but to find a temporary/permanent solution to the issue and find causes so that it does not happen again.


As most clan leaders know, for the past 3-4 days, runeclan has been glitching. it has not been getting everybody's xp unless you individually click on the names one by one. I did not mind so much, but today when I went on runeclan, there was literally nothing on.


I checked my clan logger too (credit to Blasty) and the clan logger was not updating either because it could not find the clan. Also, player avatar pictures are not always loading on the clan page when you click to see members (tested on macbook, iphone and windows).

Out of the 25 people on the page, only 1 avatar picture shows up. Rest doesn't show up. And this only happens on the clan's page, not the forums.


I know these are all non-affiliated to jagex (i hope im not going against the rules of the forums too) but im curious to know as to why it would just randomly stop working. Was there an update done or something? Or does anybody have an idea on how to fix/what to do? hi

i know recently today the forum avatar pictures dont come up well some do and some don’t but thats today that i noticed



P.S i just checked our clan stats well was going to check and it says our clan is de listed and with info saying it has to be atleast 10 members blah blah blah which totally false because were at 148 members, t5 citadel etc lol
