That was the reason those bans were levied - I have examined their account histories and the session data for some recent play and confirm they were banned for botting appropriately.
This is also not the place to raise the ban of clanmates, no matter how innocent you may believe them to be. If a permanent ban has been placed on their account it will have already been reviewed by a JMod and considered carefully.
