- each case on that thread is dealt with in order but it requires checks and live database edits should we pass leadership so it is not a quick process. There are also criteria for handing leadership over on the first post of that thread and it would be worth reading that.

- We take Staff Impersonation very seriously but this method is a new variant so we have had to develop a code level response to dealing with it. I believe you will find those accounts are gone now but we needed to resolve them in a single batch rather than on a case by case basis. Reports like yours were not ignored.

- This is not an appropriate issue for this thread. VPN's are always a risky solution for the reasons you have been previously made aware of.

Occamy
