Also, the citadel visitor requirements have now been lowered, (it's in the patch notes) to what is said in the other sticky thread in case you want to update

Topic: Kicking permissions and Flexibility with other permissions

Summary of JMod Response:
Deputies could be allowed to have unlimited kicks, the current system is not set in stone.
Hard to modify kick permissions for each rank and set checkboxes for clanmates who are allowed to kick.
Please read the Clan Plan thread from page 34 onwards for a likely discussion of this issue.
