regarding the discussion of the Clan Lottery, it is best to keep the conversation out of in-game chat and off the forum.
So the Summary of JMod Response should be: No if and only if you do them off-site because you must not advertise, organise, promote or take part in any random in-game activity and you should keep the conversation regarding the Clan Lottery out of the in-game chats and off the forum.

I created a thread last night about clan raffles, strangely, as my adapted rules were rather specific in relation to the gambling ban rule and I wanted to see what people thought - I don't know whether it's worth taking the risk around the loopholes within the rule itself.

Thanks Radical
I added a link to it on the Clan Lottery section just for that purpose and also since it will become an interesting thread imo
Hopefully we'll get a JMod response regarding loopholes... But I doubt the lawmakers will be keen to instruct us on how to bypass their laws... We'll see though
