Can we have a reason for leaving box for those who leave the clan to tell the Clan Leaders why they left?

Storage space is not really about interface space - it is more about the data that gets generated; how that data gets stored, where it is stored and how it is passed to the browser without causing extreme levels of lag. Admin logs are essentially a potentially arbitary amount of data. The same is true of a "reason for leaving log".
There is also a difficulty around the fact that one player generates a message, who then can potentially go off line, and that message has to be held untl the person who is meant to recieve it comes online. And then it has to be presented to that 2nd person, in a way that means they know they have a message. Essentially it requires the creation of a mailing/off line messaging service and that is a significant task indeed.
I will add this questiuon to the Clan Q&A though so Mod Maz and I can disuss a deeper answer.

It is certainly not possible for us to provide a free text box - there would be all kinds of issues with providing that kind of response form. We could consider a set of pre-prepared drop downs but there is a substantial issue with the possibility of arbitrary sized data sets created by the potentially infinite numbers of leavers in a clan in any one day/week/month that we are unable to support.

"report and move on" yes... see? a reporting system needs to be in place. That reporting system requires engine work, web work and a team to monitor it.
However the multiple choice thing could work. It's then just a matter of... where do I store the data from previous clan members.... which I haven't thought about yet.
