Hello!
Our build tick just occurred last night and one of our members was hopping up to citadel trying to right at reset - missing it a few times. When it actually did reset they glitched so that it still shows last week's visit and contribution. No number of logging, revisiting, etc has changed it nor does it add to our visit count. This is up to 16h or so after his, btw.

Have any of you encountered this? Do you have any idea how they could fix it, or is it likely that they just have to wait out the week? I'm in no condition to post. Wait a minute - I don't have to listen to myself! I'm drunk

so from what I'm understanding, you're saying that it still shows what they have done last week, and the tic did not reset for them.

I have never come across this problem, What I'm thinking is that a J-mod can probably reset that, but at the same time it could be a risky business.

You can try this steps and see if it works.

Cap at citadel till its maxed out (if it's already maxed out, then does it give an message saying "you have already caped this week&quot ;)

Yeah, I had the first 15 visits down and their contributions marked and accounted for, and they did not have credit for any this week. However if you checked on their ingame, it still said the 2350 (max) on precious ore. They are not able to cap either - tells them maxed out for the week or whatever the dialogue says when you're capped. I'm in no condition to post. Wait a minute - I don't have to listen to myself! I'm drunk

It sounds like a potential bug, which would need to have been reported in game. It is unlikely we will be able to change their status though until next build tick. Mod MattHe | Former Community Manager, now in Events & occasional Lore Monkey

Well this happened to me this week & I have sent in a report not that I expect they will do anything about it. I am the Clan Leader and usually the one who resets the numbers once we have our tick. I went up and I'm the only one who showed I had done mine. It was showing no one had gone up till I had 2 other clanmates that went up. It still isn't counting me in that headcount tho it says I did mine but those were last weeks. Wish I was wonder woman and could do my resources in 8 minutes but not possible so they should fix this and soon.
