I'd support scrapping Citadel and everything with it including the Avatars. It'd give me more free time to focus on more fun things such as the activities for which our Clan was founded for. I upkeep Citadel because it's a chore we must do in order to not lose the Avatars. And I have no idea of what some of you are talking about in regards to Citadel helping bring Clans together when all I've seen are Clans splitting apart over ranks and permissions.
