i think thats a bit silly, thats just asking for more xp in the citadel. Only having the boost when an admin has it out actually makes it more a social event to cap in the citadel, cause then peeps tend to go for the boost. This update would enhance the oposit

Nope, it is not because of who started the thread - rather that we have just reduced the current number of stickies and a thread about Runelabs suggestions related to Clans is not really something that *needs* to be stickied.
