For our new clannies, in-game we tell them to "search the clan name in any search engine" to find the clan off-site forums/website.
Also, searching "Runescape Serene Souls clan" on Google did bring up your clan's website as the 4th result for me.

Yeh I think I will go for the extra careful option hehe we do anyway and only give if they asked in application and ask before giving in game. ....

To be clear, I don't know how reports are handled and what their criteria are, but to be careful you can mention,
"We have a clan website, and you're not required to check it out but I can share the link with you if you're interested? Feel free to ask me any questions as well
"
That way if they have any concerns about admins being able to view your posting IP, etc, they've been invited to voice them.
This is a more general approach for anything "under the table," but for your clan website,
