With all due respect to Maz, I hope she recovers. This responsibility is not solely hers though, Matthe said the same thing months ago to me. It's also down to the design team to produce something, not Maz or Matthe. They are pretty much saying because 1 clan is being slow at giving them a submission (and don't seem to be chasing them up about it) they are putting all the other clans on hold. It's ridiculous, I gave them a picture to work with in March and 4 months later, they've made no effort to produce anything for us because 1 clan hasn't given them an appropriate design..?
Surely it wouldn't be an unreasonable request for the arts team to get to work the the designs they have at the moment..

I really can't understand how a company as large as Jagex, is struggling to stick to a reasonable deadline to provide a small novelty reward for their players. It's embarrassing that things didn't get a move on until several reddit posts were made which highlighted how poorly organised things have been.

clan leaders didn't make a fuss throughout all this, we probably wouldn't be receiving anything (assuming we will eventually get it)
I'm not sure if we would even bother competing in a cup this year given how poorly things have been handled.

I would quite happily submit something for our clan in their place

9 months+ is not a reasonable delivery time. The clan plaque could of been updated the week after the cup finished, perhaps the issue is prioritisation rather than organisation but its still not acceptable to lead us on for so long.
