~ 1. I wish to keep the friends chat a nice and friendly environment for all people to enjoy free xp they can get.

~ 2. I've personally used this Friends Chat many times,i like how fc helps both
who need assist and offer assist.

~ 3. GMT +5.30

~ 4. The rules of this chat “nobody gets an unfair advantage in fc”.The 'New Approach' allows ranks to be relaxed and not over stressed but active.

* 5. Will talk to Ranks for this.
