~ 1. I wish to keep the friends chat a nice and friendly environment for all people to enjoy, and just like on my previous account 'Quaddles' that was ranked, I think i can do this once more.

~ 2. I've used this wonderful Friends Chat hundreds of times, before and after my time as a rank.

~ 4. These rules feel very fair.The 'New Approach' Is from what I can remember from my previous rank, a more 'relaxed and friendly rule set'.

* 5. Will talk to Turn 2 Jesus for this.(EDIT) I spoke to him, he said that i got this correct.

~ 6. I am currently part of the Clan Chat and ranked. I used to and will now continue using the citadel.
