Updates (8 february 2015) :

Slot 1 : COSMIC (Alternate runes if needed in approx order of profit : EARTH 28/30, FIRE 23/30, DUST 26/30 or BODY 22/30).
Slot 2 : DEATH, DUST or BODY (Alternate runes if needed in approx order of profit : CHAOS 21/30, LAW 28/30 or FIRE 18/30 instead of death 30/30; FIRE 21/30 instead of dust 30/30; later ? instead of body 30/30; more updates are welcome).

Monday's vis wax combination for the "Rune Goldberg Machine" is:

1st. Slot: LAW rune (replace with AIR rune for 24/30 or MIND rune for 23/30)

2nd. Slot: Option A: NATURE rune (replace with AIR rune for 26/30)
2nd. Slot: Option B: SMOKE rune (replace with CHAOS rune for 26/30)
2nd. Slot: Option C: COSMIC rune (replace with CHAOS rune for 26/30)

3rd. Slot: random rune for every player

you may also go to runescape.wikia and look up "Rune_Goldberg_Machine" for the true cost of each rune.
