~ 1. Why you are interested in becoming a rank and what your goals are for our fc?
So that I can find people who need effigy assists and overtime people can see that I'm a reliable assister. I have in the past also been know to assist people with their Prome Dung equipment. Since, I have max gatherer/artisan ring, it is rather easy to do.

~ 2. Have you used Fast Effigy before? How was your experience? Is there anything you like/dislike about our fc or our rules? No, I have used other assist channels before, but I have only recently returned to RS. Your rules seem good and fair.

~ 3. What is your timezone? Eastern

~ 4. Have you read and understood our rules and especially our ''New Approach''? How would you explain our ''New Approach'' in your own words? I have read the rules, though I didn't see a section called "New Approach". That makes me wonder if this is old information that is no longer "New" and has been fully incorporated into the rules.

~ 6. Are you currently in a clan chat? Are you willing to join our clan chat? Yes, I'm in a clan chat (Dragon Clan RS) and don't plan on joining another clan chat, except, possibly maxed when I finish divination.

We're also bringing in a bunch of temporary benefits for the Clan Month:

XP return from skill plots in citadels increased to 140%
Increased XP buffs, heals and damage protection from your clan avatar
Increased bonus XP from your quartermaster and right-click fealty reward from your clan cloak
We're also making some more functional improvements to clan systems like links to the clan homepage on the vexillum interface - and more.

The last seven capping competitions occurred right at reset which was afternoon for North Americans and evening for Europeans but 1-5 Am for Australians and Asians which was a little unfair towards them.

Therefore we will devote this week's capping competition entirely to clan members who live in the Middle East, South East Asia and Australia. You must live in those timezones to be eligible to participate. So far we have confirmed clan mates from the United Arab Emirates, India, Thailand, Malaysia/Indonesia and Australia.

1. prize will be 5 mils gp plus the privilege to choose this week's customization
2. prize will be 2 mils gp plus a hug from one of the owners
3. prize will be 1 mils gp plus a hug from one of the owners

The capping competition is starting right now which is roughly 14 hours after reset happened.
