Coeden is located in the Crwys District which east and then north of the central area, it's the area where the herb and bush patches are

In the South east corner of the Inner Cryws platform is an area surrounded by stained glass, this is where Coeden sits, it's also the area where you can chop ivy for woodcutting XP

The Raven appears directly behind Coeden on the wooden part of the platform that is just outside the stained glass area
