Items Required: 1,000 Coins

Quick Steps:
1. Talk to Trader Stan (Port Sarim, charter boats) (Chat options 2-Accept miniquest-1-2-3)
2. Talk to Guard Captain Roarkwin in the Port Sarim Jail.
3. Talk to Seasinger Umi near the Player Owned Ports portal in Port Sarim.
4. Talk to Surula, the Barmaid in the player-owned port bar (Chat option 1)
5. Climb the stairs and talk to Mister Gully.
6. Talk to Seasinger Jemi at the Rimmington well.
7. Talk to the Black Knight sergeant upstairs in the pottery house southwest of the Draynor lodestone.
8. Return to Trader Stan (Chat option 2)

=== Completionist Cape ===

- Completionist Cape requires total of 24,750 Chimes + 21 Taijitu

- All Tales of the Arc miniquests (10) (Also a requirement for Master Quest Cape (MQC))
- Activated all tortle portals on The Islands That Once Were Turtles
- Unlocks in Waiko Reward Shop: Bank, Grill, Campfire, Deposit Box, Crystal Tool Siphon Blueprint, Arc Journal Teletab
- Purchased 1st tier of each upgrade in the Waiko Reward Shop

- Fastest Chimes method: make and sell Shark Soups/Arc Gumbos to Tang on Waiko
- Fastest Taijitu method: spam Short Junkets (small islands) to find treasure chests. Unlocking Voyager title will show treasure chest icons on the minimap.

=== Trimmed Completionist Cape ===

The Trimmed Completionist Cape requires the player to complete Salty (achievement + title) for a total of 302,350 Chimes and 384 Taijitu.

- Purchased highest tier of each upgrade in the Waiko Reward Shop
- From Ports Reward Shop, unlock these scrolls: Death Lotus boots/gloves, Seasinger boots/gloves, Tetsu boots/gloves, Memory-Crushing Scrimshaw, Energy-Gathering Scrimshaw, and Bonecrusher upgrade

===== Section 123: Voyager Title Requirements =====
The title the Voyager is unlocked by completing the Arc Journal achievement for completing activities and collections in the Arc journal.

After achieving the Voyager title (by completing the Arc journal), Uncharted Isle treasure chests are marked on the minimap with an icon.

===== Section 124: Salty Title Requirements =====
Salty is an achievement that requires the player to complete all content in The Arc.

This is required for Trimmed Completionist Cape and a total of 302,350 Chimes and 384 Taijitu is needed.

===== Section 125: Waiko Reward Shop =====
The Waiko Reward Shop is run by NPC Boni. It sells unlocks (including upgrades for activities available on the Arc), items, customisations for claimed uncharted isles, and XP lamps. It is located in the north-east corner of the market area of Waiko.




Players must complete the quest Impressing the Locals to access Waiko and the Arc Region (AKA Eastern Lands). The Waiko Reward Shop only accepts Chimes and Taijitu as currency.

With the exception of small and medium random lamps (which are the same), increasing the level of the lamp increases the amount of XP per chime.

===== Section 126: Ports Reward Shop =====
The Ports Reward Shop is run by NPC Boni in Waiko in The Arc. It sells Player-Owned Ports scrolls, resources, and trade goods. The shop can be found in the north-east corner of the market area of Waiko.




Players must complete the quest Impressing the Locals in order to access Waiko and The Arc (AKA Eastern Lands). The Ports Reward Shop only accepts a combination of chimes and taijitu as currency.

Purchasing all the scrolls is a requirement for the trimmed completionist cape and requires 25,000 chimes and 28 taijitu.
