Clan meeting notes!

#1 Recap Rules - Swearing seems to be creeping back into the CC and we need to work on this, ranks are advised to use your head and work on a three strikes you're out rule.
If you do temp-remove somebody from the cc, let an overseer know so we can keep an eye on it.

#2 No illegal drug references. - < Same as above, please use your head and talk to people first.

#3 From the meeting we should see more of our members posting on our forums and the clan forums.

#4 Clan forums I will post how to get there on a separate post - consider moving it to one of the reserves at the front of this thread.

#5 Ranks were discussed openly will all members, remember if you want to know more. The information is at the front of this thread.

#6 Reminder to use your Vex as much as possible and get the name out there! - Also do not let ava's sit in the citadel, they want to explore the world. and if you could all pile into that world it helps your XP and the clan xp! it really adds up!

#7 Recruitment was discussed. No notes for open forums here.

#8 Sebs party will be mentioned in a post below this one.

#9 Uber is to run Yaks Secret Santa this year, Date TBC.

#10 Teamspeak/discord server was discussed again. Pros and cons to both. Chase/Seb to make executive decision in a closed meeting in the future!

#11 The clan continues to grow at a steady rate!

#12 Citadel optional upgrades currently needs us to stockpile the following:
Logs
Stone
Bars
Precious Bars

Mainly the first two.

18:30 GMT Meet at second floor clan citadel dance floor for party items/chill ect (PRE PARTY)

19:00 Move to MrG's POH for safe PVP/dungeons (Josh to fill Chest with prizes etc)
20:00 Bronze Mass at Chaos Elemental, Drops to be put into Drop party chest later
21:00 (Potentially alot sooner if Chaos Ele is moody) Barcelona Vs Celtic Gnomeball at Gnome stronghold.
21:30 Quiz/Drop party (Chest/drop) TBC
@Fran to make quiz, @ Chase to supply clan history Q&A @Josh to find 'troll drops' for chest.
Quiz to happen in Citadel bottom floor
Teams split East and West
Team Celtic
Team Rangers
Both teams to be in a private FC
