Hello clan, ive been gone away from runescape for a little while..and upon my return, i thought i should organize a clan event. but i dont want it to be what i want to do, i want to know what the clan as a whole would like to do..so leave your ideas with me..ill be checking this forum daily, and the idea i see the most will be the one i organize :)

No one else seems to know the answer to this question, so I thought I'd
ask you, in case you do.

Where do I get my level 99 cape for dying while doing quests? My first guess
was Sliske, but he just taunts me.

I don't have many ideas for a clan event. I personally enjoy staling creation, and I know some other people in clan like it too. But I'm not sure if we would be able to get 10 people at once; we are always so busy! Or maybe we could follow Tiger and make a xp competition ;) .

Also, Yanaaaa, Barbarian Assault is great for getting bonus agility experience (about 450k xp/h!), so it can help reduce considerably your time running around in circles ;) . Barberries are also a nice bonus, about 12k xp per run does add up after some time.

Mastery Capes, ( 99 in a skill) are awarded by a master of that skill. As far as I know everyone who has mastered dying is dead. This would lead me to say you are looking for a dead guy. So perhaps you should check graveyards, crypts, and tombs. Last time I checked these were about the only places dead guys hang out. Another problem would be actually interacting with a Master of Dying as being a master he/she could not be a ghost, spirit, lich or other un-dead as this condition would necessarily indicate that the indiviual was not a true master and therefore not qualified to bestow said cape. Another possibility might be Death himself. The difficulty here lying in the fact that we only have a limited time each year when he makes himself available,( Halloween event) and thus, our window of oppportunity is likewise limited. Also I think, should you achieve mastery, you might also have difficulty from your end of the contact problem. Perhaps before any of us achieve mastery, we should endevor to make arrangements for some sort of posthumus ceremony wherein trusted individuals might acquire ones skill cape and then bestow it upon them in a graveside ceremony.
I wish you the best of luck, though personaly I have no urge to achieve this particular Cape of Mastery any time soon, I do understand your need for an answer. I hope this helps.
