Hey y'all! It's now been two years since the
Mining
and
Smithing
rework! Absolutely wild.

Notable Things Last Year

- There have been
2217 Trah hours
recorded this past year
- Stamina tiers were adjusted to punish 0% stamina
- Upgraded smithed items give more invention components
- Archaeology brought in new buffs ranging from ancient invention to powerbursts of opportunity
- Brooch of the Gods boosts mining, smithing, and other many other skills

Some of these updates feel so long ago because of the difficult and ~unprecedented~ year 2020 has been. At the same time, online communities have flourished - ours included! This is all thanks to the wonderful miners in our community along with the incredible and tireless ranks that sustain the FC. We pride ourselves in being a helpful and safe space, whether it's Trah or not. You all are what make Harmed Ore feel like home.

As we look forward to the new year, we've changed a few things in server:
- FC/Discord rules have been reviewed and edited to be more concise. Functionally, no rules have changed.
- Various information has been updated and added to help returning players.
- Information about Trah, explanation on RCTs, and recommended equipment have all been updated.
- Our RS Forum page has been updated to match Discord.

Hi all, Hope you have been well! Some big announcements:

- We did some FC maintenance that required clearing the FC. Please rejoin

if you've been removed!

- We have eliminated the usage of "perfect" and "star" to describe 0-2 step worlds. For some time now, the use of perfect has confused miners. People would have different understandings or definitions and it would require a long explanation of game ticks which could lead to potentially more confusion. Now, we will relay all worlds as purely distances. For example: <world> (1) . Don't worry, our goal is still to find the most efficient and closest step worlds. 0-2 step worlds are all still lossless! Our relays should now just be clearer and more consistent.

References to "perfect" pairs should all be removed in Discord and FC, but if you find any, let us know! Again, FC rules, mining and smithing FAQs, and FC info have all been updated so please take a look. :)

The FC nickname will be P Eliminated temporarily so everyone can be on board.
