Important Notes:

Our FC fills up the 400/400 spots very quickly, and spaces are in high demand. If you do not maintain the 2 week activity requirement, you will be removed .

If you have been removed for inactivity and wish to be added again, re-apply on Discord.

After applying, if you've not been contacted in-game or responded to on here, check the FC to see if you've been added.

After you have been accepted, please make sure you have

Our friends chat runs 24/7 with many experienced ranks to assist during each wave

This friend chat has been running since the release of warbands on the 25th March 2013. We are currently the longest running FC in game for warbands!

The ranks are here to help you with your goals, while also providing a fun and safe community to be apart of. Please be respectful and give some of the care and attention we try to provide you back to us. This is a group effort.

Ranks within the FC can be obtained by anyone who shows initiative and helps the FC in any way. Ways to obtain ranks within the FC will not be publicly shown, so there aren’t any "rank hunters”, but will be given when deserved.

What happens during warbands?

FC Operations & Rules


¤ Our FC runs 24/7, we host every wave to the best of our ability

¤ Join "
WBs United
" friends chat at least 20 minutes before the wave starts

¤ FULL list of FC Rules are listed on Discord after you are accepted.

¤ Scouts play a major role within the FC, and we’d like it if you can offer to help out whenever possible. If there is not enough scouts, wave quality may be lowered

¤ We may ask for scouts incase we are low on scouts during low-end hours. It is expected that you can scout for the FC whenever this situation occurs. Ranks within the FC are given to those who can help out.

¤ If unknown to scouting, you’ll be taught how and the best positions to beam, etc.

¤ We use Discord to improve communication during the wave and is MANDATORY !

¤
You must attend at least 2 waves per week to keep your add in our FC


¤ We don’t mind when you have a joke within the FC, or the odd swear word, but never direct or attack others within the FC. We try to keep the FC as community friendly as possible, so that all people will want to join

¤ Have WBs United added to your Friendlist

¤ No selling of warband supplies in our FC. Loot can be given/donated to other people in the FC if they need it, otherwise sell your supplies outside of the FC

¤ Any rule breaking, incorrect gear, leeching or BSing will result in a warning, further cases can lead to a temp or permanent BAN from the FC

¤
We are NOT responsible if a camp gets crashed by an FC not allied with us. This can happen at any time, without warning. BE PREPARED!

Gear Requirements



Melee:

¤ Weapon: 75+ (Noxious, Drygore with lower off-hand, Annihilation, Chaotic Maul, Sunspear**, Godsword)
¤ Helm: 60+ (Dragon Helm, Orikalkum, Necronium)
¤ Body: 60+ (Orikalkum, Necronium)
¤ Legs: 60+ (Orikalkum, Necronium)
¤ Boots: 60+ (Dragon, Orikalkum, Necronium)
¤ Gloves: 60+ (Dragon, Orikalkum, Necronium)

Mage:

¤ Weapon: 75+ (Noxious, Obliteration, Chaotic, Sunspear**, Polypore, Staff of Light)
¤ Helm: 50+ (Grifolic, Lunar*, Skeletal, Mystic)
¤ Body: 50+ (Grifolic, Lunar*, Skeletal, Mystic)
¤ Legs: 50+ (Grifolic, Lunar*, Skeletal, Mystic)
¤ Boots: 50+ (Mystic, Skeletal)
¤ Gloves: 50+ (Mystic, Skeletal)

Range:

¤ Weapon: 80+ (Noxious, Decimation, Death Lotus Darts, Royal Crossbow, Attuned Crystal Bow, Sunspear**)
¤ Helm: 60+ (Royal D'Hide, God coif, Demon Slayer Circlet)
¤ Body: 65+ (Royal D'Hide)
¤ Legs: 65+ (Royal D'Hide)
¤ Boots: 50+ (Turoth, Kurask, Royal D'Hide)
¤ Gloves: 65+ (Royal D'Hide Vambraces or Spiky varient)

* Lunar equipment requires 60 Magic and 40 Defence to wear, and is statistically identical to level 60 power armour

** Sunspear is capable of being 'changed' to either of the three combat styles, due to it being T78, this is allowed

Other gear requirements:

¤ Cape:
Team-cape 7
on at all times (Especially if you're looting - if you're purely pking this is subjective).
¤ Team Cape might be subject to change rarely
¤ Amulet: Phoenix necklace Equiped, Games necklace (Corp tele) in inventory/yak when not in use
¤ Ring: Sixth-Age Circuit or Ring of Wealth (Charged for level 30 wilderness teleport)
¤ Familiar: BoB (Terrorbird, Tort or Yak)
Bull Ants not allowed.

Example Gear Setups


Below you’ll find screenshots of example setups from current ranks. You do not need to follow these 100%. They are just a guide.
Especially these following teleport options, it is not recommended to use all of them unless you're pking as looting you need 25 slots in your inventory free. Some teleports also make each other redundant, so work out what they do and plan how you'll use them, ENSURE you have space in your inventory for 2 food and a prayer pot since it takes 25 spaces to loot camps supplies.
Teleports

Ring of Wealth: level 30 and below right click teleport.
Wilderness Sword: 100k to replace but has an amazing 1 time a day teleport straight to a Warband Camp and the herb patch teleport is ideal for ELM and is infinite.
Games Necklace: Good teleport to get to Corporal Beast cave to run East to RDI camp.

PK Practices

We do not expect our members to be amazing pkers. However, we ask our new members to schedule a 1-on-1 PvP practice with one of our anti-pkers. This is not a test of your pk'ing skills, but rather just to see how they can help you with your gear and action bar. This helps to make sure our FC members are always prepared to fight back and run away during warbands, as there are always pkers online for every wave. By answering this question, do you acknowledge that you will have a short 1-on-1 PvP practice with one of our anti-pkers some time within the next 2 weeks? (details will be shared if you are accepted):

Those who like to learn any kind of bosses go to teaching rs fc.
If you would like to learn raids 'raids school' is a nice discord that teaches everyone.
