PSA: As you're probably aware, Jagex is doing a D&D&D week starting April 26 where you can get double vis wax from the Rune Goldberg Machine. However, the bonus isn't active until Jagex pushes the update. Therefore, you should hold off doing your vis wax until the update is live.
