We're very sorry to hear about your negative experience with our friend chat. We try to have the friend chat covered by a ranked member most of the time . Still we are aware of the fact that the friend chat is not always covered, and can be 'drama' when no rank is around. Herefore our apologies. We hope that the greatest part of the fc will act in a mature manner and won't join the fight or off-topic. (Keep in mind that we allow off-topic to some extent when calls are not obstructed) If you experience innapropriate behavior, feel free to pm one of the star-ranks listed on the first page. (Due to raids, bossing,... some ranks are online but not present in the fc) At last we want to emphasize that the RuneScape rules are always applicable to the fc! Feel free to use the repport button when no rank is present and behavior is seriously out of line. Hope it helps and you will enjoy using Soulobby further! :)

Today I finally achieved level 10 in all factions. I would never have persisted if it had not been for the help and company of the marvelous people in the soulobby chat. The volunteers who help others achieve their goals through friends chats in Runescape are the best part of the game for me. Thank you so much for all that you do.
