Setup
Remember that death is a possibility
. A ring of life
will not
save you, but a sign of life will. It would be ideal to bring cost-effective items that will help you to live longer.
Dying with unprotected items sends you to Death.
Dying with protected items will send you to the last respawn point visited or the nearest respawn point. This will likely be in Menaphos, somewhat north-east of the lodestone.
Food
- To help you stay alive. Drag food onto your action bar to eat them as eating from the inventory interrupts your interaction with the soul obelisks.

- 50 extra life points will be replenished for each food eaten.
Enhanced Excalibur
- Replenishes 4% of your maximum life points for 5 times over a period of 20 seconds, resulting in a total of 20% of your maximum life points healed. Upon completion of the Seers' Village elite achievements, the duration doubles resulting in double the amount healed.
Slayer Helmet
- For every 20 souls you add to the chest of souls up to 100, you will receive a 1% experience boost to Slayer while wearing this item.
Ethereal Outfits/Master Runecrafter Robe
s - Experience-boosting set for Runecrafting giving 1% bonus experience per item worn (and 1% extra if all are worn). These items are always kept on death and thus are always protected.
First Age Outfit
- Experience-boosting set for Prayer giving 1% bonus experience per item worn (and 1% extra if all are worn). These items are always kept on death and thus are always protected.
