One of the potential locations for the 3rd ghost has a major problem in that you are under constant attack by very weak, hostile to all levels, and fairly quickly respawning enemies. These enemies constantly disrupt your attempt to speak to the 3rd ghost, making the only way to get through this conversation is to space or click next as fast as you can before the next enemy shambles up to disrupt you again.

The ghost in question is Kharrim when he is in the graveyard of shadows. The 5 or 6 zombies spawn in very close proximity to his location.
My suggestion for how to fix this so that someone doing the quest has the time to actually read what the ghost is saying: Add a gated fence with Kharrim on one side, and the zombies on the other. While the bit of lore that Kharrim gives might be just a minor drop in the ocean, it is extremely aggravating when you like to read those lore bits but cannot because the entire conversation is reset to the start every 10-15 seconds.
