The wilderness isn't dangerous anymore so why can't I just teleport out of it? Also not certain of the function that the divider fence in high level wild fulfills. Only constructive criticisms, I apologize if I've framed them poorly.

One other thing! I blocked ripper demons and Mandrith still gives me them, however this feels somehow maliciously intentional. lolol

Last yak track i did some hunting and got 'koed' by mobs spawning on me, some were dragons and i didn't have anti-fire as i bypass dragons. The lava ball is fun to be hit by too.

Nothing changes for me lol, i still re-roll all my wildy clues and stay out of it. Personally players were easier to deal with.

I just let the mobs kill me most times tbh, i looked at some of the HP values and was like saves me time to just die and pay my death fee than waste time killing these random spawns.

I'm actually really sad to hear that you guys haven't enjoyed this rework. It's safe, though! If you die in the wilderness, and you aren't 'opted into pvp', you'll die just as if you were anywhere else in Gielinor and you can buy your items back from death or if you're wearing ring of death then you'll just spawn wherever.

So gear up and tank the mobs. There's a mob that spawns randomly but if you tank it for a minute, it will go away.

The wilderness is still dangerous if you stay for extended periods of time. You can counter this danger by using Trail-be-gone and Volcanic Protection. Teleporting would make it too easy.

The fence exists because north of the wall is members only.

In general I would consider allowing players to unlock it, while out of combat. First of all they should get of those random exceptions of items that allow you to do this up to level 30 - that should be the base. Then they could allow almost free teleportation as a wilderness diary reward - only exception - not while in combat. If you're out, you're no longer in danger - it's as easy as that - so it just is a nuisance then. But yeah I do think players should have to earn that ability in some fashion.

It hasn't been for at least the past 5 years. It just was kept, since it's an actual obstacle in contrary to those tons over tons of random fences in the environment, that solely existed to separate f2p from p2p areas (even though that was the original intention of that fence as well).
