Comp already comes with free keepsake because once u lose comp u can't wear the keepsake till u re-comp u don't lose max cape except maybe every few years when a new skill comes out so there's no reason to make it a free keepsake item

Comp comes with a free override since it's nothing, but a cosmetic (not in a literal sense, but it offers no advantages over max - actually just disadvantages, since it's more expensive to reclaim), while max is the penultimate hybrid cape and even very good for single styles - so you naturally will actually wear it until you've beaten Zuk hard mode. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2
