Only one pet remains, now that I got Herbert. I didn't unlock him just yet, I want to get all of the titles at the same time. :P

And with Shamini, my almost 3-year skill pet adventure has come to an end. Of course I wasn't trying to get them all the time, but almost 3 years it took to get them all. Master of All unlocked.

Exactly what you were doing: On my march to 120 Herblore and after making a large mixture of many different potions (some 30 million experience worth) I finally made 120. On the very last potion completed - I received my pet. All I could say was "About time". - LOL
