how i obtained it: i was collecting energy at level 62 and unlocked it.

how i obtained it: i was fishing wobbegong on my own island at level 109 with a fishing rod o matic with two polishing perks and full fishermans outfit with greater call of the sea aura. i have gotten about 20m xp since the update in fishing,
