I have since 120 decided that combat is going to be how I get to 200m, there's no need to race to max xp only to get no xp in my PVM travels.
However, I recently bought ruination and I use Soul Split alot in Slayer and some bosses but I have been finding, even with top 90/95 power gear and perks that my PRAYER POINTS are draining significantly and noticeably quicker than if I was using Magic, Melee or Range
Turns out that Necromancy Armour regardless of Tier, even T95 does not provide a SINGLE prayer bonus point. Although every other armour set for the combat triange does.
This is obviously an oversight as there has been many oversights with Necromancy like having to carry 4 types of rune in your invo because Jagex cba to change Grasping pouches
EDIT
dammit spelt armour wrong in the title.. Cant change this can we LOL !

not an oversight to me, its a tradeoff. the benefits of accuracy not being an issue, all attacks beyond 25% are going to hit no matter what, and the power of the conjures and if youre using the tank version the ability to dodge and soak hits by far makes up for its prayer drain.
every style has its ups and downs, this is one of necromancys.
To be honest - it feels more weirdly, a lot of higher levelled armours have it without having any godly relation. For the nex armours it made perfectly sense, but it was already fairly questionable for the original t90/92 power armours, but step it up even more - for instance masterwork even received it only retroactively some time after being released. Why, actually?
