I don't understand why EVERY pet (yes including skilling pets) can't be used for cosmetic overrides of any kind. I have a legendary pet and a lot of pets are pretty "useless" because they can't be used for a legendary pet cosmetic override. I'm confused why this is even a thing??? Thanks for your time, I never seem to have enough of my own.

skilling pets can be used as overrides. only ones that cant are the followers. In saying that they should be able to be used also as overrides. The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.

Huh, I for some reason totally missed that skilling pets CAN be used for cosmetic overieds. I thought I had tried it and it said no but I guess I was wrong. But still ALL pets should be usable. Please? I want my cabbage! Lol. Thanks for your time, I never seem to have enough of my own.

I think they wanted to give more pets a limited animation set so they would be useable for that in the first place some years ago. But I am really not sure what happened with that.

But yeah as it stands - you can't use certain pets, as they don't have the animations necessary. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2
