Can jagex remove the bug where using keepsaked blowpipes makes your attacks a tick faster?

This is not intended behavior and should be hotfixed. I mean jagex fixed the bug with greater chain recently, so thankfully that overpriced codex will go down in price because of that. Same reasoning applies for the blowpipe bug.
