Add remove hatchet in toolbelt

There is a remove pickaxe option why is no remove hatchet option.

You can ask Doric to remove it for you.

But I do support it, would be much more convenient.

Support for adding a hatchet removal option to make it consistent with pickaxes and mattocks.

It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

It was historically fitting, but by now... yeah players should be able to swap tools as they like - or at least get the original tool refunded when upgrading it. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2
