Nobody except the individual person who uses the Garden of Kharid affects the items they sell there. It is all up to that individual person to buy whatever they want.

Supply of Patch Bomb is always unlimited, and absolutely not rare. It is up to whoever want to buy them to do with ease.

What I wrote in "post 9":

"How do you not understand demand doesn't need to have anything to do with supply, and rarity of something is based on demand only?"


Not a simple word there about Patch Bombs, let alone them being rare or not, because we have no supply and demand to worry about when everybody has their own copy of Garden of Kharid shop with no limit on items.

There is no such thing as time limit when an individual player solely controls what to buy from a shop with unlimited supply of items. Patch Boms are the easiest items to get except teleport seeds. If they are "rare" then everything else in the same shop like growth potions and the pet are super "rare".

How long does it take for herbs to grow in RS3?

Not more than one hour when we buy the Speedy Growth upgrade, 20 minutes faster than all of RSC/RS2/OSRS. Super RS3 value deal!

Just like how I get other currencies like Castle Wars Tickets in RSC/RS2/RS3/OSRS. Like Castle Wars in RSC/RS2/RS3/OSRS, Melee/Magic/Ranged potions sets aren't "rare" and they cost less than the other items players may want to spend Tickets on.
