Following on from the PvM Hub "War's Retreat" update which caused me to waste thousands of Loyalty Points on auras which I would not have otherwise purchased had I known at the time that they would cease to be Loyalty Point exclusive items...
Why is it not possible to refund Loyalty Point items? The only explanation we were given at the time was that it wasn't possible to.
As my purchases are now based on misleading information (at the time of purchasing they were exclusive Loyalty Point items, which was the reason I bought them, the exclusivity, with absolutely no indication that this would be changing) this leaves a deeply disappointed feeling about any future Loyalty Point (or even RuneCoin) purchases that I may make in the future.
Going forward I believe that no more Loyalty Point exclusive items should ever lose their exclusivity, but if they do, there must be a mechanism to refund them so that innocent victims such as myself do not feel scammed out of their valuable Loyalty Points.
