Merchers already know their timers, that's one of the reason they're good at marching, this change would the more casual players like you and I.

Is also rather have the timer in the offers instead of history, because partially completed offers don't show on history unless you cancel it.
Exactly, this makes the info available to the rest of us.
& again Jagex keep this information, we simply can't see it.
