yeah it's called "Old NPC's Revival" (1590 at the end of link)

it had some supporters, but the amount of supporters always goes back to 0 as soon as the "round" ends. For example, it will go back to 0 on 26th May (in 3 days from this post on), no matter how many supporters it would gather.
