I know you said no lists, but i had two ideas actually
1. a max guild forge, not a ton of end game players do smithing once they hit 99 but it'd be a nice utility, you could also make it have an inherent armor repair stand for those that don't make items frequently
2. a secondary max guild, some people suggested it already and i think that's a great idea for the portion maxed players who dont have access to prif. maybe we could put it in that empty space between varrock and the digsite? then have a choice to tune to which max guild we go to.
My god no, please no. Move the Guild wherever you want but for the love of God don't make 2. The game is split enough already (GE, Priff Lode, Max Guild and soon Pvm Hub).
I know the rules were don't downtalk others but I couldn't not do it to this.

under normal circumstances i'd agree but, given how spread out the player base is in runescape currently, i don't think it's that big of a concern
New elves to pickpocket that reset daily. Give a low chance for effigies and an untradeable teleport to herby werby and anywhere else people have suggested. Also a token to choose one of the rare resources that spawn on the arc. If you are really bored you could toss in some exclusive animations and cosmetics.

I want to recommend some way of showing of more about maxing. More of in a way of Cape stands or a way of showing off end game/ achievements.
Imo cape stands are very tacky and useless, what would they do other than clutter the area? There's already banners of each skill in the guild's garden that no one goes to.

Thematically why would the elves have Eastern Land items and something that brings you to Anachronia, a Dragonkin home island that was just 'discovered' after being ripped from time itself?

They looted those items from mysterious adventurers who asked too many questions.
I would like to be able to decant potion flasks in the guild.
Other than that I honestly don't see that much of a devaluation for the guild. The guild already allows for quicker banking than the PVM hub will. The PVM hub has adrenaline crystals over max guild, but assuming you do telos, you usually end the kills on 100% adrenaline so it simply will not matter.
Don't just give us the new content. Artisan skills exist, make us use them. Not in an insane way (blessed flask) but also not in a trivial way (2 teak planks and a bolt of cloth). Something fitting for creating a piece of level 99 content.
I'd like to see outfit stands made that we can put our skilling outfits on. We would either get the benefits of the outfits passively or it would cause the elite achievement set to inherit the benefits. I'd like to see it on the achievement set because we should still wear something, but not having to take time (even though it's only 10 seconds) to change outfits multiple times a day would be a massive QOL.
