I think the KBD should be given a bit more HP as I notice a lot of people don't deal enough damage before it gets deleted in seconds. Especially on busy worlds. I know this should scale, but it still feels far too quick.

If you show up even a couple of seconds too late that can be the difference between earning enough points or not, and to have to wait another 4 or 5 hours for the next 'special' flash event is a bit 'lame'. It's the only one that seems out of balance. People burst it down way too fast. The event often ends with my score being 40k/35k which is way too close.
For context, I get at least double score for any other flash event. This does depend on how many top-tier geared players are on the world though. Give it more health perhaps?

It would be more than sufficient if damage dealt against pillars and dragon minions would count.
Agreed. The KBD event is weird in that it
discourages
helping your teammates by killing minions and pillars (if only a little bit) because of the few-seconds-long delay in attacking a new target once they've gone down. Sure, the KBD is invincible while either of those mechanics are up, but that delay can easily be enough to prevent you from getting enough damage to pass the event even with T88+ weaponry. It's super frustrating.
Recent patch (23/01/2023):
Slightly adjusted the health scaling of Wilderness combat events to allow more room for players to meet their personal progress in the required time. (Dev Note: We are closely monitoring these changes!)
It looks like they heard us!
