The Draynor Manor as a restaurant... now that's something I'd pay for.
We don't have many restaurants around Runescape, so this could mean quite a success. A place where all players from all around could gather to share a meal.

The witch can start cooking her delicious... stuff in the kitchen, while the ghosts will serve everything around the place. Count Draynor's basement could be used for excellent wine storage (or blood for the nasty Morytanian guests out there).

The leprechaun can farm a lot of things for the restaurant. Ava... can ask her dead husband to deliver some undead chickens and cows.

Oh, this would be a joyous event. I like your suggestion, sir. Keep the ideas coming!

Just got to avoid those pesky chairs and tables that follow you around :p Could be awkward if you brought a date to the Draynor Mansion Restaurant only to have her food thrown all over her when the table jumps up and runs off!

I love the atmosphere of draynor if it could get any more dark gloomy and creepy id say do it, not restore the manor. Also id love to see some life be brought back to draynor. Its in my opinion one of the coolest places with great art work and detail put into it. Give some love to draynor.

Restored? I'm confused because it did receive a makeover some time ago so i don't see the need for another?

They would most likely update the manor when they update Draynor village. And that has been updated 3-4 times to my knowledge. So there might or might not be a change of a restoration.
OS Status: Nothing atm.

RS3 Status: 120 Slayer done now onto figuring out what I should do next.

I'd love to see them do something with the Draynor Bank Robbery. I've always wanted to find out why the Wise Old Man did what he did, and have always wanted them to do some kind of quest based on it, perhaps like a detective quest (similar to One Piercing Note in a way); it definitely has potential.

Draynor Manor Restauration Fund

I'm not sure Draynor Manor would make a popular restaurant...

Can't see myself eating there.

I'm sure the Lunch and Dinner specials are to die for.
