while were at this "restoration" stuff lets restore the "plague" inflected Ardy and the Meir. slums of the recently completed vampire quest series. Lets please start closing things off completely before moving on to new stuff that will soon become dead content in three weeks.

Lets just see through the start off of the new vampire-human-icyene alliance; rebuild the queens castle, clean the slums & Burg De Rott up (make it a better place for the people to live).

And lets clean up East Ardy, its been a while since we've finished this quest series and yet the plague still live on here. Lets just rebuild these areas as a world event and be DONE with it before we add in more new areas.
