Each piece can be upgraded so you can transfer charges from one upgraded piece to the other.

Each upgrade woud cost the same as the original piece if not greater.

You can only transfer chargers between upgraded pieces.

I mean the boots for example, the charges are just sitting there.
Due to the Endurance monolith power

I mean you could turn the boots charge effect into a surge ability at least.

While I am open for introducing more TT related upgrades, I neither think they should be related to the outfit directly (just like keyless opening isn't), nor should players be allowed to exchange charges equally - since obviously the effects aren't all equally strong.

Otherwise - it didn't came to you you could replace your infinite stamina relic by something else, when you basically can have infinite stamina with those boots? Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2
