Think of the implications of that, it would put a lot more importance on ring stats which would make it necessary for players to spend countless hours at mobilizing armies lest they be outclassed by those who want to spend 80+ hours enchanting like 5 rings
If limitations are put in place, specifically 1 ring per hand and/or multiple combat rings cannot be used, this isn't really an issue.
The fact that some geniuses were laughed at does not imply that all who are laughed at are geniuses. They laughed at Columbus, Fulton, and the Wright brothers. But they also laughed at Bozo the Clown.
As long as two combat-oriented rings aren't stackable as well as not being able to use two of the same ring at once, then I support this.
I'm fine with something like Ring of Wealth + Berserker (i) or Ring of Dueling with Ferious Ring, etc.
This is one old ass thread.
Anyway, I support.. I think it'd be nice to be able to actually visibly see what ring a person was wearing, also.
That's probably been said already but meh.
As stated in another thread.
We don't have HANDS!
We have stumps!
Given that it's physically impossible to wear more than one ring on a single stump...
And that we have two stumps...
We should have 2 ring slots.
Having the "no 2 same ring" limitation is important though. Imagine using black throwing knives in Kuradal's Dungeon with 2 Ferocious Rings equipped.
That'd make everyone's favourite rapier look useless.
Not to mention 2 rings of wealth will completely bug up the drop system. I can haz moar charms plox Borky...?
