Hello again, I missed this place!
Unfortunately, I have to start anew...
That's really quite a shame, now isn't it? No problem! A beautiful clean slate to work off of. Perhaps it will be good for me! Looking back, I sure do wish I played this much though.
Let me get to business, I want to get engaged with the game again!

Country Type: Diplomatic, Trading
Government Type: A system of councils and representatives. we have 25 councils, each representing different regions, and each council has 25 representatives, elected by the locals. the majority rules for both levels.
Ruler: Itblobboy
Population: 900,001 citizens.
Economy Type: Mixed economic system. Very successful.
Currency: TCV
Yearly Cash Flow: An astounding 175,000 TCV. (It's a lot, because tax rates are high since almost everyone is rich anyways!)
Troops # : 20,000
Types of Soldiers: city guards and law enforcers to keep people straight. Not really doing well at going out to kill people.
Military Tech: Very powerful corrosive acid technology.
What are rules 1 and 9?: No overpowering/immortality and common sense ( You > me, basically.)
Start Date: 1/20/2014
Planet you want to start out in (optional): Not quite a planet! This civilization is located in a colony from the remnants of the pillars of creation. Its quite stable for no solar system, funny how that works!
Anything else you want to add: Its clear we are economic and the people love prosperity. (Can't help but think "Live long and prosper"...!) Strong mutual benefits come from making a good ally out of us! But its considerable to get an easy raid for great benefit. But you're messing with a big alliance!
Plus, our people consider the cold much more deadly, as we die in about 200 degrees Fahrenheit. We try to keep in warmth
Our "army" is resilient, but not good in combat...
Travel to/from Earth is no problem. Wormhole ftw! Still need a form of space travel, however.
