My heart has truly been touched
Hall of fame I do see
this is amazing to me
This honor, it has my cheeks flushed!
Rhyming is fun on this game
its harder to sound good & not lame
Poetry is a skill
I often do it for real
Some of my poems have even been framed
Now I see, I must now soon go
Theres one thing I want all of you to know
Although, this is adieu
I will be back soon
I'm quite honored, by this honor, bestowed. <3

Poetry is a gift few receive
It is your heart singing out how you feel
Its always honest & true (thats what I believe)
Some people get it confused because it is so real
It is strength, when your spirit is weak
It is the calm that comes after the storm
When all of life's troubles makes your outlook bleak
Poetry makes a cold heart feel warm
Poetry has always been a relief
Younger years, sometimes "I" even felt blue
I would write about sadness and grief
Letting it out often, got me through
Better days finally came into my life
Each new day often brings a new smile
I guess everyone gets through some strife
In order to make living worthwhile.

Chimera you look like one of those famous Ramones
My folks tell me that black on black was their thing
That was back way before cellular phones
My folks liked the way that they'd sing
If I wore a hat, I'd tip it to you
You noticed S z's chefs hat on his head
The fact that he wears one, it is quite true
A crown he deserves to wear there instead
I just read what he wrote here about me
but your poem got there before mine
His words they are complimentary
Its been difficult to put both of you into rhyme
Chimera, I too, know your name
I started playing on this forum with you
Russian Roulette is the name of your game
I was lucky to post there after you!

to have given me such a great boast
