Rules have changed slightly from last time! USA now subtracts -1 from the count instead of -2 (WORLD still adds 1, as usual). My reason is not because I am in favour of WORLD winning more than USA, but because of how heavily imbalanced it was. The USA won 5 times last thread with just 594 posts, and absolutely no victories from WORLD, not to mention how imbalanced it was in even earlier versions.
USA victories: 0
WORLD victories: 18
Scores are up to date as of lage 175 I'm not listed in any Penguins dedicated community, but still spying on you!
