Due to inactivity of the previous owner, I have once again taken over the thread (with their permission of course). Rules have changed slightly from last time! USA now subtracts -1 from the count instead of -2 (WORLD still adds 1, as usual). My reason is not because I am in favour of WORLD winning more than USA, but because of how heavily imbalanced it was. The USA won 5 times last thread with just 594 posts, and absolutely no victories from WORLD, not to mention how imbalanced it was in even earlier versions.
It appears WORLD has a bit of an advantage now... Oops.
How to play
The count starts at 50; if you are from the USA and you post, you will decrease the count by -1. If you are from anywhere else in the world, you will increase the count by 1. USA wins when the count reaches 0, and the rest of the world wins when it reaches 100.
Rules
No double posting (unless it's accidental or a bump). If the count reaches 0 or 100, the next poster will reset the count by either saying 49 if they are from the USA, or 51 if they are from anywhere else in the world. If you have dual citizenship, you may count for whoever you want.Rules for owner: If the owner is from WORLD and the count is 90, he/she cannot post until it has been decreased. If, however, they are from USA, he/she can't post if the count is 10; it must be increased before they can post.
