Ok... Am I drunk again or the starting riff reminds me so much of These Walls from Dream Theater, but in a sweet death metal version O_o ? Nice song, by the way.

I enjoy several forms of metal, but to me this song felt almost... slow? I don't know. I prefer something a bit more fast paced when it comes to heavy music.

I definitely liked this one more, and I was quite enjoying it. The only problem is I kept expecting this really awesome chorus and for me it just never came. Though I did like the change up at around 3:20 into the song.

Here's something a bit more melodic, but perhaps closer to your taste than my previous song:
