if u looked at ur adventurers log it would b obvious. fletching for example, consistant lvls up untill 99, same with firemaking and your woodcutting before that. all have gone from around lvl 90 to 99 within a week. it should take alot longer then that so u must b a hardcore botter. so next time ur gunna have people inspect ur account, try not botting so hard before hand.
also 99 rc and agility are VERY rare legit 99s.
i stand by my 1 rating. only the 1 for 99 herb even if that was botted

1. I worked on 99 woodcutting with a friend, it took about a week from level 91. It's an easy skill.
2. Firemaking: Jadinko Lair. Easy 375k xp/hour. Easy skill.
3. Fletching: Another one of the easy skills. Not much effort required to gain massive amounts of xp.
I WILL NOT stand for being accused of botting. I have played this game for about 6 years and have worked hard for EVERY SINGLE LEVEL I have ever earned. By your assessment every single person who is like rank 20k and below must be bots, right? Get real.
It takes a lot to get me mad, but I just won't take such an insult.
