I like the 99 hp but apart from that the rest of your stats seem balanced.
The White P Hat is nice but the rest of your clothes on your a log look plain (pro gnome scarf tho :D )

if u looked at ur adventurers log it would b obvious. fletching for example, consistant lvls up untill 99, same with firemaking and your woodcutting before that. all have gone from around lvl 90 to 99 within a week. it should take alot longer then that so u must b a hardcore botter. so next time ur gunna have people inspect ur account, try not botting so hard before hand.
also 99 rc and agility are VERY rare legit 99s.

i stand by my 1 rating. only the 1 for 99 herb even if that was botted
